This is the hardest game I've ever beaten along with Nine Sols, The Last Faiith, Jump King, Ninja Gaiden, Battletoads, & Even Salt & Sanctuary especially if you fight the final boss of the DLC with all Penances enabled, & you get 2-tapped so many times in lots of different ways.
This is still my Childhood similar to the 1st much easier, & more fun, still challenging especially during those Mine Cart levels but Nightmare difficulty is really nightmare especially in the auto scroller levels, & the bosses on Nightmare Difficulty are also insanely difficult
Funny but hard game, & the Capcom Arcade stadium makes it easier due to rewinding, & Auto fire but on the hardest difficulty, use rewind instead for Satan
Hell infused difficulty combined with Dark Souls, & Ghosts n Goblins. Salt & Sanctuary is absolutely insanely difficult

Basically The classic Mega Man, & Contra games but slightly easier compared to those classics cuz Contra 3 on Hard Mode is Impossible

Death difficulty game, this is probably the hardest Sega Genesis game ever made

Really underrated run n gun, very difficult though especially in World 5
Pretty tough game if you don't know what you're doing especially as a first time
