Difficulty Summary

Tekken 4 is considered a challenging game that consistently tests players without reaching extreme difficulty.

Why Players Find It Difficult

Players often find this game difficult because of several demanding mechanics:

Players are punished for poor decisions more than poor reflexes
Progress depends on planning and system understanding
Some sections require experimentation before the correct approach becomes clear
High execution ceiling in competitive or later encounters

Who Will Find It Difficult

Tekken 4 will push beginners and may still frustrate experienced players in certain sections. Players comfortable with similarly demanding games will have the best time here. Players who rated games like EZ2on Reboot: R, Elden Ring, and Super Street Fighter II Turbo at a similar challenge level may find Tekken 4 broadly comparable in difficulty.
